Staff Editor - Role in Contract Informations

Bug Description:
you can only select Headcoach and Coach as Roles for contracts in non major league Leagues (for example DEL)
AssistantGM for example is not possible.
When you switch League to NHL - there are more possible values in dropdown of Role.
