With the specialities added this past year which i think is good but it would be more fun if players can gain them later in the career so that prospects that may not have them can gain one or more later on or players with them can get theirs upgraded or recintet if you for example have a player with the sniper one doesn’t score enough goal over a couple years they get downgraded or lose that X-factor.
