Secondary Postion Development

Two ideas.

(1)Hard cap on how many days it takes to gain a dual postion through Development Training. No more, no less.

(2) If a player is playing out of postion that does not have a secondary postion then each game played in that postion permanently decreases the amount of total days needed to gain.

For example..if it takss 300 Development Days for a Center to gain LW and they played LW instead of C the entire season each game would count as two days instead of one.

I like this idea. But maybe make it take double the amount of days to do it by playing it BUTTT make it so that players attributes decrease by 2 until they are moved back to their primary position or until they officially learn the position

Currently, it takes older players like, 400 or more days. Younger players it like, 250 or less depending on how good they are, of course.
If the HLM Dev does decide to do a hard cap with a second point for games played in a secondary position, young or old, I think 400-450 days would be a good number point. 600 seems too severe.

I dont think there needs to be a big penalty to players playing out of position beyond what already exist. Most are not consistently good as it currently stands without the secondary. Some are consistently good and some are up and down without it. Alot of them are just good-ish even with it too.

This suggestion is mostly to add variety over time to the positions due to how many pure Centers are drafted each year and im almost 100% positive the AI does not utilize the dual position development tool for any players; non greys or greys.
