Salary Demand vs. contract length

Platform: Steam
Game Version: 26.9.0

Bug Description:
don´t know if it happens only when you manage in non-major leagues or if it´s the same in major league.

Offering a contract to free agent:
player asks for 0.375 per year for a three year contract.
for two years 0.175 per year

player is 29 years old, so they should ask for less money per year when they get term.
if you lower contract length, salary demand should raise a bit.

For younger players it should be the other way round:
offering a long contract, they should for more money per year to cover their potential growth.
short bridge deal should cost not so much money per year.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. select a player in free agency and offer a contract.
  2. lower contract length, salary demand will go down.
