When a Player hits Grey Status (Peak) the Potential is no longer a Potential..Its their actual role.
When they Peak I think the Role status should match our Min/Max settings.
This would help in eliminating players with a higher or lower overall that doesnt sync with their actual role status. Such as a player with a Minor Role having a overall of a 4th Liner or a Dman with the 7th D role having the overall of a Top 6 and also vice versa.
