I think it would be cool to add an option to allocate ice time to players. It would be very similar to Basketball Legacy Manager but more specific. Like one game you could adjust a players ice time to be 21:00 and the next game could be 24:20. It would be especially cool to have this feature for rivalry games. A player could play more or less depending on the team that is being played. This could be in connection with another suggestion: Morale, where a player can request more or less ice time and his amount of average ice time would be a factor in determining a players morale. Another feature would be an improvement to NTC and NMC where you can request a player to waive them or a player will request to waive them.
This would be hard with specialteams and that but something like percent of ice time or scenario ice time would be cool
