I think it would be a nice addition to get goalie coaches as new staff role in HLM27.
at the moment we have to tune some of the head coaches / assistant coaches to get good goalie development.
Goalie Coaches could bring a new avenue for goaltender attributes, I reckon there should be goalie attributes and Goalie Coaches in same update

Yes please! The current coaching staff feature makes goalie development not feasible since it ends up taking 2-3 years worth of time for their training.
Same goes for the suggestion by @Kirkonrotta with more in-depth attributes.
