I’ve not figured out where Gems or Busts are in the draft. It’s obviously more subtle than EANHL. Any tips?
This all ties into the Projected Overall (POVR) system.
If your scouts have the Gem specialty, the prospects higher POVR ratings become more reliable, meaning there’s less chance they’re wrong about a prospect’s ceiling.
If your scouts have the Bust specialty, the prospects lower POVR ratings are more accurate, meaning they’re better at identifying players who won’t pan out.
