The City and Team editors (rather the ability to create a team) are great, but I noticed that once you start a career, neither is available. You can use them from the main screen, but any cities or teams you create from there won’t show up in your career once it’s begun.
Kinda sucks to come up with an idea for a new expansion team, but not be able to use it unless you just change all the info for a pre-existing team.
As to the city editor, not everyone’s there. I noticed you have Brussels, ON, but not Brussels, Belgium. I know it’s all data base dependant, but that’s why it’s good to have a city editor where we can add our own and fill in the missing entries.
