It’s very common to see a player with elite potential when drafted go to a top 9 by they are 26. I wish we would see wayyyyy less of that and more of later round picks the are like top 9 or maybe even top 6 going to a elite or even franchise. Maybe don’t make them go to franchise often but I think it would be cool to see like a second round pick go from like a top 9 guy but then they have a good cup of coffee in the AHL or WJC and get boosted to top 6 and suprise the league by the time they are 21. For example what Fraser Minten is doing rn in the NHL.
Basically just make it easier for underated prospects to become more of a serious threat (kinda like how chel has gems)
