There should be hidden stats like there are in the EA games. More specifically, I mean shot/pass bias for skaters, and consistency for goalies.
I feel like shot/pass bias is necessary for realistic sims. Too often do I see playmakers dominate goal scoring despite their passing stat being higher than their shooting. It also allows for a little more min/maxxing when roster customizing. EA has their shot/pass bias set from 0-15, 0 being max shooting and 15 being max passing.
Consistency is also necessary for goalies because they are way too consistent at higher overalls. Adding a 0-5 consistency slider would be great for adding another layer to goaltending since it’s mostly dictated by high overall = sims very good.
