when managing in non-major-league leagues (SHL, Liiga, DEL, National League, …) teams sign massiv number of foreign players in free agency. Teams get multi-national pretty quick and local players sit in free agency all the time.
In real life there are approx. 66-75% of the contracted players from the country the league is based in (according to Eliteprospects, based on data of bigger european leagues). It would be great to get a setting to keep these leagues filled with local players.
Could be a copy of the nationalities setting for generated players, where you can change the approx. percentage of players from each country within the league. the lower the percantage the lower the number of players from one country with medium or high signing interest.
In Addition to that it could be a cool thing to add foreign players limits to league rules.
This would help for CHL leagues and some euro leagues (National League, DEL, …)
